The River
City Cluster of Dog Shows gives a prime opportunity to vendors
of appropriate merchandise to market their products and services to a large cross section of San Antonio
Society as
well as the more specialized Pure Bred Dog Show Community.
BOOTH SPACE:
A limited number of spaces in multiple lots of 10' x 10' may
be available for the whole period (July 10th - July 14th)
-No Partial
Spaces.
BOOKING:
Invitation letters (enclosing Booth Space Reservation Request
Forms) will be mailed/e-mailed on April 1st to those who have
previously reserved booth space from us. Other prospective
vendors wishing to receive such an invitation -or information
regarding cost etc. should contact Loma Foster,
Cluster Commercial Booth Space Coordinator by one of the means
listed below (preferably phone: 830 214 3897).
Completed
Booth Space Reservation Request Forms and appropriate fees must
be returned in time to be received by the Coordinator no later
than June 15th 2013
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS:
will begin on June 29th 2013
CANCELLATION REQUEST: Deadline Noon
CST June 22nd, 2013
ASSIGNMENTS: will be e-mailed
beginning June 29th,2013
