Vendor Information The River City Cluster of Dog Shows will once again be hosting the spectacular 5-day event at the beautiful, air conditioned, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center in Downtown San Antonio from 16th through 20th of June 2010. This Cluster gives a prime opportunity to vendors of appropriate merchandise to market their wares to a large cross section of San Antonio Society as well as the more specialized Pure Bred Dog Show Community. BOOTH SPACE: A limited number of spaces in multiple lots of 10' x 10' may be available for the whole period (June 16-20) -No Partial Spaces. BOOKING: Invitation letters (enclosing Booth Space Reservation Request Forms) will be mailed/e-mailed at the beginning of March to those who have previously reserved booth space from us. Other prospective vendors wishing to receive such an invitation -or information regarding cost etc. should contact Marjorie O'connell, Cluster Commercial Booth Space Coordinator by one of the means listed below (preferably phone to Marjorie O'connell 210 653 8762). Completed Booth Space Reservation Request Forms and appropriate fees must be returned in time to be receive by the Coordinator no later than April 23rd 2010. BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: will begin on May 8th 2010 and mail out date will be on May 19th 2010.
