Vendor Information
The River
City Cluster of Dog Shows gives a prime opportunity to vendors
of appropriate merchandise to market their products and services to a large cross section of San Antonio
Society as
well as the more specialized Pure Bred Dog Show Community.
BOOTH SPACE:
A limited number of spaces in multiple lots of 10' x 10' may
be available for the whole period (July 13th - July 17th) -No Partial
Spaces.
BOOKING:
Invitation letters (enclosing Booth Space Reservation Request
Forms) will be mailed/e-mailed on April 1st to
those who have previously reserved booth space from us. Other
prospective vendors wishing to receive such an invitation -or
information regarding cost etc. should contact Mark Kuykendall,
Cluster Commercial Booth Space Coordinator by one of the means
listed below (preferably phone: 830 515 9618).
Completed
Booth Space Reservation Request Forms and appropriate fees must
be returned in time to be received by the Coordinator no later
than June 17th 2011.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS:
will begin on May 8th 2011
CANCELLATION REQUEST: Deadline Noon
CST June 20,2011
ASSIGNMENTS: will be e-mailed
beginning June 22,2011
SET UP DATE:
Access to the facility for vendors will be announced at
a later date.
